Contractors follow FHA regulations, generally cutting grass every two weeks in season, or according to client instructions and investor guidelines. Shrubs are trimmed once per season, and more frequently at the client’s request. Contractors perform full winterization services on all plumbing fixtures, as well as dry, steam and radiant heat systems, to prevent damage. Snow accumulation of three inches or higher is removed per investor guidelines, and surfaces are salted to prevent ice build-ups.
